Is there such a thing called sleep stress?

You are having a somewhat common issue but that doesnt make it acceptable. Your job is somewhat tedious and stressful and that combined can interfere with your sleep and also cause anxiety. A healthy lifestyle is what you should be after. Relaxation/Meditation and exercise. Exercise alone can help improve your sleep. If this persists more than one month you should see a doctor so you can get into your full REM cycle.
