Why is my back so sore after a seizure?

I had about a 15-20 second seizure, (according to my dad who watched it.) I then woke up in the hospital very confused and slowly came back to reality. Ever since the seizure (it's about 3 days later now) my back has been INCREDIBLY sore!! Why is this? Please help?
