Selena Gomez- Peabody,Massachusetts?

I know that selena is going on a monte carlo mall tour to promote some movie but does that mean when she comes to peabody, massachusetts shes going to sign autographs and stuff? I basically want to know what she exactly will be doing, can i meet her and take pictures with her, and is this some tour you need to pay for just to meet her.
