Why do liberals want to make it so hard to employee people?

why do liberals fail to look at the employment issue from the business owner? I own a small business and found with the current employment regulations it costs more to higher and employee than they are able to produce. Its much easier for me and other business owners to just outsource the work with 2 click on the computer and pay based on performance only no pay roll tax, no hr issues, no sick days, no hassle when are liberals going to wake up to this reality and deregulate the employment market?
