The Count of Monte Cristo Abridged Version?

Okay so I have to read that^ book and I've read a little bit of it and it's sorta hard to understand. I was wondering if there was a website that had chapter summaries of the abridged version. I've checked SparkNotes and they only have the unabridged version. This would be helpful, but I have no clue what is cut from the unabridged version to make the abridged version! If you have a website that could help me with this please list it or if you know what specific chapters are cut from the unabridged book that would help a lot too! Thanks!!!
