Does Selena Gomez have herpes?

So I went to the store and noticed those cool new flat screen TVs and I think some were even 3d or something.ANyway they the picture was so clear it's like you can see peoples pores even.ANd looking at Selena gomez I thought wow she's 18,acts 18 and still looks about 14 or 15.Even with high definition tv Selena Gomez still seem to have perfect skin.Unlike some celebs,you can see that their skin is not perfect when they're on high definition TVS.Anyway back to the point,they were playing the trailer for her new movie Monte Carlo.And at one point I saw this big red thing on her lip.ANd I thought I wonder if that's a cold sore aka herpes?What do you guys think?If so why were they letting her do that movie with it.And why was she kissing all over that boy in the movie?And why was he kissing her back?Did anyone else notice that?
