Is it possible to put 1999 corvette stock rims on a 1995 monte carlo?

My step-father has 17" front rim and 18" rear rim and he wants after market rims for his 1999 Corvette. He told me if the rims would fit my 1995 Monte Carlo, I could have them. They are the stock rims for the corvette but my problem is my rims are 16" on all four. So is it possible? lol
