Why cant i get videos from my phone on to facebook?

i am trying to add a video from my phone ( Samsung Monte s5620 ) to facebook as i was at a concert last night ( may i add a really good concert. LMFAO where there ) the thing is the videos are cone icons and it wont let me add it with that setting. how do i change it and get it on facebook)
